We want you to feel confident trying BNH. For Speed Sleep 1- and 2-bottle packs and all other BNH products purchased directly from bnh-health.com, contact our after-sales team within 30 days of delivery if you are not satisfied for any reason. Both opened and unopened products are eligible to be returned for a full refund of the product price. You do not need to create a BNH account.

1. Email us within 60 days of delivery for the Speed Sleep 4-bottle pack, or within 30 days of delivery for other packs and products with your order number and the email address used at checkout. For a damaged or incorrect item, please include a photo.
2. Our team will confirm return instructions and exchange availability before you send anything back. Speed Sleep 4-bottle pack returns receive a prepaid U.S. return label at no charge; for other packs and products, our team will confirm any applicable return shipping costs.
3. Include your packing slip, or a note with your order number and checkout email, with the returned product.

Refunds

After receiving and reviewing your returned product, we will issue the approved product refund to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when the refund appears in your account. Optional expedited shipping charges paid on the original order are not refundable.

Speed Sleep 4-bottle pack: 60-day free returns

Our extended guarantee is exclusive to the Speed Sleep 4-bottle pack purchased directly from bnh-health.com. You may open, try, and finish up to three full bottles (45 nights of supply). If Speed Sleep is not right for you, contact our after-sales team within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price paid for your 4-bottle pack. Opened and empty bottles are eligible.

Free U.S. return shipping. No restocking fee. Contact us before returning the pack. Our team will provide a prepaid U.S. return label for your empty bottles and the remaining bottle. The four-bottle guarantee does not apply to one- or two-bottle purchases, including subscriptions.
