Refund policy

We provide full refund for returns received within 30 days of delivery for new, unopened products. If you've opened or used the products, you can get a refund for a store credit if we received them within 30 days of delivery. Please include your original packing slip or a note with your name and BNH account email address.

Shipping cost is not refundable.
