BNH Keyword Data Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 27, 2026.
This policy describes how BNH Keyword Data handles Google user data for BNH's internal keyword research and website performance analysis.
Data accessed and purpose
With the account holder's authorization, the application uses Google Search Console read-only access to check available website properties and retrieve search analytics for the authorized BNH website. Records may include search queries, page URLs, reporting dates, country dimensions, clicks, impressions, click-through rates, and average positions. OAuth credentials are used to maintain the authorized connection.
BNH uses this information for keyword research, query-to-page analysis, internal reporting, and reviewed database imports. Search Console data remains distinct from third-party estimates and other platforms' metrics.
Storage and sharing
The current Windows collection tool encrypts OAuth credentials using Windows Data Protection API. Google API requests use HTTPS. Business data is stored separately as local API archives and reviewed delivery files.
The project plans to import reviewed data into a BNH-designated test database hosted by Turso. BNH must review the destination and access arrangements before that transfer. Access is intended for authorized BNH personnel and necessary infrastructure providers processing data for BNH.
Google user data is not sold, used for advertising targeting, or used to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
BNH Keyword Data's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Retention and deletion
Credentials and collected records are retained while needed for the authorized BNH project. There is currently no automatic deletion schedule.
You may revoke access through Google Account connections. Revocation stops future authorized collection but does not automatically delete previously collected records.
To request deletion, contact application support. After verifying the requester's authority, BNH personnel will manually handle deletion of relevant credentials, local archives, delivery files, and database records under BNH's control.
Contact
For questions or deletion requests, contact 3315399574@qq.com. This policy will be updated when the application's data practices change.
